Time flies, I thought today when I uttered out loud that I’ve been part of Helsinki University Photography Society (Ylioppilaskamerat ry or YOK) since 2007. That’s more than ten years! But 2019 will be special; in the election meeting today I was chosen as the new chairperson for next year. I’m very grateful for the trust I’m given, not to mention the opportunity to learn and to develop the society of my heart.
Here is an unofficial board photo of me from 2013. My title was as fancy as “art director”, but although I had some vision back then, I was more of a hangaround than any kind of a leader. This time I will do better.
